Random 3am question…

I sit here pondering at this 0300 hour, listening to music, and designing stuff wondering the same thing that I’ve thought about since we first talked…

“How do I make sure that I don’t get (too) emotionally invested?”

“How do I make sure that I’m not (too) emotionally attached?”

“How can I catch myself before I fall and hurt myself again?”

An answer to any and all of these questions would be great!

The most beautiful people we have known are those who have known defeat, known suffering, known struggle, known loss, and have found their way out of the depths. These persons have an appreciation, a sensitivity, and an understanding of life that fills them with compassion, gentleness, and a deep loving concern. Beautiful people do not just happen.
